SOKO est une résidence coLiving au centre-ville de Sherbrooke comportant 5 appartements MEUBLÉES À PARTAGER.

Chaque appartement comprend :

• 4 chambres* à coucher, privées, meublées

  *Chaque chambre meublée comprend : Lit, matelas, bureau, chaise, lampe et garde-robe.

  * Forfait de Bienvenue / personne (frais supplémentaires) : nouveaux draps, oreillers, serviettes et couvertures

• 2 salles de bain complètes

• 1 cuisine (frigidaire, table de cuisson, micro-onde, lave vaisselle)

• batterie de cuisine / set de vaisselle

• 1 salon (canapé et table basse)

• 1 salle à manger (table et 4 chaises)

• poubelle / conteneurs de recyclage

3. Comment puis-je commencer le processus de réservation ?

Remplissez le formulaire de demande ICI.

Sur approbation de votre demande, vous serez tenu de signer un bail et de fournir un acompte équivalent  à un mois de loyer. 

4. QUAND DOIS JE PAYER MON LOYER?

Le loyer est dû le premier de chaque mois.

Vous avez deux options pour payer le loyer mensuelle :

• Banque Canadienne : Si vous avez un compte bancaire canadien, vous aurez l'option de payer le loyer par un transfert électronique.

• Virement bancaire international : Cette option comprendra toujours des frais de transaction.

5. EST CE QUE JE PEUX APPORTER MON CHAT?

Désolé aucun animal n'est accepté.

6. Où puis-je stationner ma voiture?

Le stationnement n'est pas disponible chez SOKO.

Non, nous sommes une résidence avec des baux mensuels.

8. PUIS-JE RECEVOIR DES VISITEURS?

Oui, vous pouvez recevoir des visiteurs chez SOKO.

9. ASSURANCE LOCATAIRE

Pour protéger vos biens personnels, vous aurez besoin d'une assurance habitation pour locataire occupant.

10. Je n'ai pas le temps de nettoyer, ce qui est inclus dans le service de ménage ?

Les espaces communs (cuisines, salles de bains, salons) de chaque appartement sont nettoyés deux fois par mois par Mark + Vivi.

• 2 full bathrooms

• 1 kitchen (fridge, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher)

• 1 living room (sofa and coffee table)

• 1 dining room (dining table and 4 chairs)

2. who lives at SOKO?

A dynamic community of international students - both new to Canada and/or Sherbrooke. 

3. How do I START THE reservATION PROCESS ?

Fill out the request form HERE.

Upon approval of your application, you will be required to sign a lease and provide a deposit in the amount of one month's rent.

4. When do I pay my rent?

Rent is due on the first of every month.  

You have two options to pay the monthly rent:

• Canadian Bank: If you have a canadian bank account, you will have the option to pay the rent by electronic transfer.

• International - electronic transfer : If you choose this option, we will send you an invoice one week before the 1st of the month. This option always includes a fixed transaction fee of $15 CAD.

5. Can I bring my CAT?

Sorry, no pets allowed.

6. Where can I park MY car?

Parking is not available at SOKO.

7. I want to stay at SOKO for a few weeks, is this possible?

No, we are a residence with monthly leases.

8. CAN I RECEIVE VISITORS?

Yes, we welcome visitors at SOKO.

To protect your personal belongings, you will need tenant insurance.
